Project Scope

Graycor Construction recently completed the design-build of Camelback Collective, a highly anticipated new mixed-use office and hotel development in the heart of Phoenix’s Camelback Corridor. The development includes a 160-room AC Hotels By Marriott®; a four-story, 120,000-square-foot, Class A mid-rise office building; and above and below-ground parking.

The AC hotel features “European and Spanish Roots” with modern offerings including a center bar lounge, dining amenities, retail market, lush patio, fitness center, pool, library/business center, meeting/conference spaces, reception and outdoor event space.

Employees and visitors are served by surface parking and a two-level, subterranean parking structure, together totaling 477 parking stalls and featuring high-speed elevators with direct and convenient access to the building’s office suites.
