Project Scope

For Au Bon Pain, a leading bakery cafe chain, Graycor performed a phased demolition and renovation of their operating cafe located in the Atrium Court at Rush-Presbyterian-St. Luke’s Medical Center in Chicago. To create a new, energetic “marketplace” design, work on the 7,350-square-foot bakery cafe included in-stalling new kitchen equipment, millwork and architectural finishes, as well as reconfiguring MEP.
