Project Scope

Graycor completed a 16,000-square-foot tenant improvement project which included demolition and subsequent build-out of a new office space  including MPE/FA/FS, drywall, acoustical ceilings, doors/frames/hardware, millwork and flooring. The project included a typical office space such as a reception area, work stations, private offices and conference rooms.
