Project Scope

Graycor managed the re-positioning of this 85-year-old, 305,000-square-foot continuing-care retirement community in Chicago′s historic Beverly neighborhood. The project consisted of a four-story, 144-unit independent living apartment building, 28 memory care units, 60 assisted living apartments, underground parking for 68 cars, a commons area with dining rooms, a club room, library and chapel.
